  • Access to CUSTODIAN Alarm Receiving Centre 24 hours a day everyday
  • Provision for adjustments of your system during an inspection
  • Full reporting of maintenance visits by email fax or letter
  • Resetting of your Golden Security Alarm, i.e. reset over the phone or by engineer.

Standard Monitoring & Maintenance starts from £20+vat per month.

Monitoring & Maintenance

As part of a complete burglar alarm package, we provide Standard & Fully Comprehensive Monitoring & Maintenance service packages for your Golden Security alarm system. These include our engineers visiting your premises on a regular basis and performing checks on your alarm system ensuring it is fully working and operational. With access to engineer support 24 hours a day and Custodian Alarm Receiving Centre, rest assured that we are taking good care of you.

Police Response - Confirmed Alarms

Following the latest guidelines issued by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO), many police forces will not attend alarms from non-monitored systems unless there's also first hand evidence of a crime, whether from a owner or a member of the public phoning in.

The police will attend an alarm signal routed via Custodian Alarm receiving Center, from a monitored alarm that qualifies for Police Response.
